Algeria visa for UAE Residents

Are you thinking about visiting Algeria? Before you go to Algeria for any reason, you must obtain a visa. Dubai and the Northern Emirates residents can easily visit the Consulate General of Algeria in Dubai to apply for their Algeria visa. Applications for visas from those living in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain should go to the Algerian Embassy in Abu Dhabi.

From Monday to Thursday, the Consulate General in Dubai allows visitors to the visa section from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM. You do not need to make an appointment before you go. It is important for applicants applying for an Algeria visiting visa to make sure their documents are complete and match all the needed requirements to avoid problems.

What is Algeria Visa?

A Tourist Visa for Algeria allows someone to go to Algeria for tourism or a personal trip. The visa is given for one visit and needs applicants to present documents such as their hotel bookings or an invitation from a local Algerian person. The tourist visa is not meant for working or doing business in the country.

  • Residents of Dubai and the Northern Emirates (Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain) must submit their applications in person to the Consulate General of Algeria in Dubai, from Monday to Thursday, between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM. No appointment is necessary.
