Our recent 4-day family trip to Baku was an absolute delight, and much of that is thanks to the incredible planning by our travel agent, Nyla, and our wonderful local guide, Bextiyar. Nyla was phenomenal from the start, putting together a seamless, family-friendly itinerary that suited traveling with kids perfectly.

Once we arrived, Bextiyar went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, keeping the children engaged and showing us the very best of Baku's culture, history, and modern sights. We couldn't have asked for better support or a smoother travel experience when it came to the tours and activities.

However, our last day was unfortunately soured by a frustrating experience at Diamond Hotel Baku during checkout. The hotel delayed our checkout for over two hours while we waited in the lobby with our kids, falsely claiming the stay was unpaid. I want to clarify that this was entirely an internal hotel issue and had nothing to do with Nyla or our travel agency, who had handled everything correctly. Because of the hotel's administrative incompetence and delay, we lost valuable time and missed out on several places we had planned to visit on our final day.
While Nyla, Bextiyar, and the travel agency earned a solid 5-star rating for their exceptional service, I would strongly advise future travelers to think twice before booking Diamond Hotel Baku if you want to avoid unnecessary checkout headaches.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by iFly Tourism.
I cancelled the services based on written communication confirming that amount would be refunded within 3 months. However, approximately 9 months have passed, and despite repeated follow-ups, the refund has still not been received.
After several follow-ups, I was instead issued a receipt/voucher for amount to be used against future services. Now, the company is also refusing to honor that voucher.
I have made repeated attempts to resolve this matter directly, but unfortunately it remains unresolved.

We had a wonderful and memorable experience on our Georgia trip! 🇬🇪✨

Georgia is such a beautiful country, with breathtaking mountains, stunning views, peaceful landscapes, and lovely places to explore. Every day of the trip was a great experience, and we truly enjoyed our time there.

A special thanks to Ms. Irfana, who helped and supported us throughout the trip. She was always available, helpful, and made sure everything was well coordinated and smooth.

The guide was also very good, friendly, knowledgeable, and made our sightseeing experience even more enjoyable.

The hotels arranged for us were also great — comfortable, clean, and well selected for the trip.

Overall, everything was well organized, and we had a fantastic time in Georgia.

Thank you to the iFly Tourism team, especially Ms. Irfana, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable! ❤️✈️🇬🇪

I have very good experience using IFLY Tour for our Umrah Package. They arrange everything, our accommodation and pick up and drop services. But, you need to seacrh Mutawwif if this is your first Umrah. My Agent is Fariya, she is Fast Response, and you can asking detail about your trip with her.

I booked a trip with this company for two persons but unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing!!

The 2nd passenger had to cancel, and I was informed that the flight ticket is non-refundable. I understood & accepted the non-refundable policy.

However, considering that I was still traveling alone and had already paid for the package, I expected the company to offer some reasonable alternative, upgrade, or adjustment. Unfortunately, nothing was offered!!!

The hotel was also a major disappointment. It was not as clean as I expected, and its location was around 25 minutes away from the city centre; I had to spend additional money on taxis throughout the trip!!

Unfortunately, I also missed most of the tours because the arrangements were not well organized..

⭐️ Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this company.

The staff’s behavior and service were extremely poor. Before payment, one staff member told us that many activities were included in the package. After we paid, they changed their statement and said the activities were not included. They also did not clearly inform us that the visa cost was separate, and later charged us 1,980 per person for 4 people, plus the visa cost.

They also booked low-cost flight tickets with no baggage or meals included, without properly explaining this beforehand.

When we tried to discuss these issues with the manager, his tone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He did not know how to speak to customers professionally.

They also promised us a good 4-star hotel, but when we arrived in Baku, the hotel was dirty, damaged, and in very poor condition, with old and broken furniture and no working AC in our room. When we complained, the hotel manager only provided a broken fan instead of changing the room. When we contacted the travel company, they told us they could not do anything.

We are still in Baku and facing many problems because of this agency. Very high price for very low-quality service. I would not recommend this company.
